LEADERSHIP and INVOLVEMENT
The Panhellenic Council provides the most leadership opportunities on USC's campus, and we are committed to cultivating life skills that empower our female community. All eleven chapters have full executive boards and supporting officer positions, all of which work together to develop the chapter member experience. Additionally, members are strongly encouraged to participate and lead outside of their chapters. Our women are some of the most involved students on campus, many leading other student organizations and participating in student government and 'SC athletics.

Beyond being dedicated members of their chapters, the women in our Panhellenic community are some of the most involved students on campus. We are a community of engaged women with diverse interests and we pride ourselves on being involved in a variety of organizations and clubs. LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Each Panhellenic chapter has executive boards ranging from 7-15 members. These exec leaders manage chapter finances, uphold chapter house facilities, plan philanthropy events, arrange social activities, develop safety initiatives, coordinate scholarships, create marketing strategies, lead recruitment efforts, educate new members and much much more. Our chapters provide fundamental resources and training for members to succeed in leadership roles. Beyond serving within chapter leadership, Panhellenic hosts chapter and community-wide career development events for our members.
