2021 SPRING RECRUITMENT
Formal recruitment, which takes place in the spring, is the process by which active members of our 9 NPC member chapters meet potential new members (PNMs) interested in joining the Panhellenic community. PNMs have the opportunity throughout this process to discuss with current members their sororities' values, ideals, and activities. The formal recruitment period consists of four rounds: Welcome, Sisterhood, Involvement, and Preference. Each round, PNMs will visit fewer houses in a mutual selection process. Following Preference Round, a PNM may be extended an invitation to join one of our chapters and attend its Bid Day celebration.
Below you can find information on registration, the recruitment schedule, a detailed overview of the process, and more. Spring 2021 Recruitment will be completely virtual.
Information, guidance, and decisions on COVID-19 are constantly evolving regarding operations for the next academic year. FSLD and councils are planning for multiple scenarios and will pivot operations when finalized guidance is available. With that said, dates and processes below are subject to change. FSLD and councils will communicate in multiple avenues on any changes. Thank you in advance for the patience and understanding. As of December 2020, all events listed below for 2021 will take place virtually, including all recruitment and Bid Day events. For more information please visit https://coronavirus.usc.edu/.
