2020 COMMUNITY CLIMATE SURVEY

Following our commitment to the DEI Plan, USC Panhellenic launched a Community Climate survey in October, which was used to generate a baseline understanding of the beliefs and experiences of our community members. This was done to measure the efficacy of our programs and policies aimed at improving inclusion over time.
