House Philanthropy Dates
Spring 2012
January
1/30, 11am-2pm - Sig Delt food truck (Crepe N' Around) at Tommy Trojan benefitting Women for Women International. 15% of proceeds will be donated.
February
2/3 - Alpha Phi's Heart of Gold Brunch. Ticket sales for the brunch event will benefit the American Heart Association
2/9 - Kappa Kappa Gamma food truck on the Row.
2/13 - Valentine's Day Card Making. Stop by 28th and University at 4:30 PM to make a Valentine for an elderly resident at the Alexandria Convalescent Home.
2/15 - Gamma Phi Beta's Have a Heart Dinner
2/23, 10pm-2am - Tri Delta's Delta House of Pancakes (DHOP) at the house. All you can eat pancake feast will benefit St. Jude. Open admission is $5.
2/24 - Greek Leaders Service Day
2/25, 2pm-2am - TROJAN DANCE MARATHON
March
3/1, afternoon - Alpha Chi Omega sporting event
3/2, 10am-5pm - Kappa Alpha Theta KAT at Bat on McCarthy Quad. Theta and fraternity teams will play whiffle ball to compete. Registration, tee shirt sales, and raffle ticket sales for the event raise over $20,000 for CASA and Theta Foundation.
3/3 - ADPi event
3/7, 7pm-9pm - Pi Beta Phi's Pi Social at the house. Event will have pie eating contest, pie a Pi Phi, and desserts. Ticket sales will benefit Firstbook.
3/23, day- Alpha Phi's Phi Ball on the Row. Fraternity basketball competition.
3/24 - Alpha Delta Chi's Burritos for Skid Row. On this day, members of ADX will distribute burritos to the hungry on Skid Row.
April
4/17-18, 10am-2pm - Sig Delt's Pinwheels for Prevention on Trousdale Pkwy. Members of Sig Delt will sell pinwheels so benefit Prevent Child Abuse America. The pinwheels will be used to decorate their front lawn to raise awareness.
4/19, 9pm-1am - Sig Delt's Make Your Own Sundae at the house. All you can eat sundae social will benefit Prevent Child Abuse America.
