Chapters

  • The Panhellenic Chapters of the University of Southern California

USC has a strong Panhellenic presence of twelve nationally recognized houses. Our chapters consist of the following:

    Alpha Chi Omega

We are the Epsilon chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. Our chapter was founded at the University of Southern California on June 16, 1895, making it the first chapter of Alpha Chi Omega west of the Mississippi and fifth overall. This marks our 116th year at USC, making us the oldest continuous sorority on campus! Talk about proudly wearing the lyre! For more information, please visit http://uscaxo.org/.

    Alpha Delta Chi

Alpha Delta Chi is a sorority founded in Christ. We exist on this campus to strengthen spiritual lives and testimonies, promote higher scholastic standards, and provide social fellowship among our members. For more information, please visit uscadx.org or e-mail us at adx@usc.edu.

    Alpha Delta Pi

The Alpha Psi Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Southern California was founded in 1925. Our "Pi Palace" (formerly a French consulate) is known as "The House that was Built on Dimes", as the house was purchased with dimes collected by the sisters of Alpha Psi. Since 1925, the women of Alpha Psi have continued to maintain a strong presence on campus. In 2009, we were awarded by the university for excellence in community service, membership development and scholarship. For more information, visit www.uscalphadeltapi.com.

    Alpha Phi

Alpha Phi is our home away from home here at USC! We pride ourselves in being a very diverse group of fun and talented women. Our members are involved in everything from varsity sports, dance teams, campus organizations, religious organizations, just to name a few! Over the past years we have won numerous awards regionally as well as within the Greek community at USC. Some of these include Outstanding Chapter Pride, Marketing, Community Service, and Recruitment. We are proud of our many accomplishments and will continue to challenge ourselves and grow beyond our expectations! For more information, visit http://www.alphaphiusc.org/.

Delta Delta Delta offers young women a rich heritage of lasting friendships among women who share common goals and values.  Values of truth, self-sacrifice and friendship. The perpetual bond of friendship among members has inspired generations of women to devote themselves to unselfish leadership and to a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime. Since 1934, the Beta Alpha chapter of Gamma Phi Beta has offered its members a strong sisterhood and an abundance of opportunities. Whether we're working hard to raise money for Troy Camp, studying hard for exams, or exploring the city on a sisterhood event, Gamma Phi Betas work hard to live up to our sorority creed: Love, Labor, Learning, and Loyalty. Welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Southern California! Theta sisterhood is like no other; it's encompassed by women from all over the world who share the joy of compassion, love & loyalty. As sisters, we pride ourselves in our academic achievements, strong philanthropic endeavors, and our ability to balance it all on top of a packed social calendar. Thetas are involved in over 50 volunteer, athletic and academic groups on campus, yet still manage to maintain one of the highest GPAs on the row Visit our website for more information - http://www.usctheta.org/.

    Kappa Kappa Gamma

Our chapter at the University of Southern California is called the Delta Tau Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. It was founded November 7, 1947 and celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2007. Kappa has a total Active and New Members of approximately 200 young women. Visit http://usckkg.com/ for more information.

    Sigma Delta Tau

The Mu chapter of Sigma Delta Tau was originally founded at USC on July 18, 1927, only 10 years after the very first SigDelt chapter was created. The Mu chapter dissolved, and was not recolonized until 2007. SigDelt was the first new Panhellenic sorority at USC in over 40 years! We are growing fast, but we are also going through an exciting time where traditions are still being established. There are so many opportunities to make a difference during the foundation of a new sorority, and being a part of it is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Pi Beta Phi

Girls from all over the world, from all different backgrounds and interests come together in a house we all feel lucky to call home. Our relationships grow stronger each semester, making the return to school something that we always look forward to. Having these friends to call sisters and this house to call home is a phenomenal experience. We all feel extremely lucky to be members of Pi Beta Phi here at USC. For more information, please visit http://www.uscpiphi.org/.
